1 ½ pounds round steak, tenderized
2 tablespoons oil
1 medium onion,halved and thinly sliced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon season salt
pepper to taste
1 green bell pepper, halved and thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, halved and thinly sliced
1 can (15 oz) beef broth
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
hot sauce to taste
salt to taste
hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef into thin strips. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Add onion, garlic powder, season salt, pepper, and bell peppers and cook until onions are tender. Add beef broth, tomatoes, hot sauce, and salt. Let simmer about 20 minutes. Serve over hot rice
