2 pounds ground beef
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs or crushed saltine crackers
2 eggs
1 tablespoon beef bouillon
4 to 6 dash worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder
salt and pepper
1 large onion, halved and thinly sliced
8 oz sliced mushrooms
3 cups beef broth
1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet (optional)
2 teaspoons cornstarch mixed with a little broth or water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients, mixing well. Form into patties. Fry in a pan over medium high heat until browned on both sides. Remove from pan. Reduce heat to medium. Add onions and mushrooms to pan and saute until tender. Add the broth, worcestershire sauce and Kitchen Bouquet, stir and cook about 5 minutes to reduce. Add cornstarch mixture and stir to thicken slightly. Add patties back to pan, spoon gravy over the top and simmer until meat is no longer pink in the center. You can also place patties into a baking dish and cover with gravy and cook at 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetable of choice.
