2 14.5 oz cans Lima beans
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup green onions
1/2 cup toasted and ground pumpkin seeds
1 tsp salt
Juice of 1/2 lime

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and dry lima beans. Heat canola and sesame oil in pan. Add lima beans, stir, and cook 2 minutes. Add salt and pumpkin seeds, cook two minutes. Add green onions and parsley and cook another few minutes. Add olive oil and lime juice, and serve.
