2 to 2.5 lbs of 1.5 inch to 2.5 inch thick Chuck Roast or London Broil, Serves 4 to 6 people.

Marinate this meat for 1 to 2 days turning one or twice each day in a large ceramic, stainless steel or granite pot, using the marinade recipe below. Can use cubed meat for kebobs (add marinade only overnight).

Sauce for Marinating Meat:
1 large bottle soy sauce (may use Lite or low sodium soy sauce)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup wine vinegar
If that is not enough to cover all the meat in your pot, then you can double the recipe.


Cook on Outdoor Grill. Can keep grilled meat warm on low heat in oven while you are preparing the rest of the food.
