1 lb. pork shoulder
1/4 c. flour
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. Italian breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Slice pork. Pound to 1/3" thick. Dip in seasoned flour, then eggs, and then breadcrumbs. Press breadcrumbs into both sides of pork. Fry 2-4 minutes on each side, until brown. Serve with buttered noodles.

This recipe came from a German friend of mine. It is pretty authentic and so delicious. It almost feels as though I am in Germany!
