1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 can water
1 3 oz. can of crunchy dried chow mein noodles
1 6-1/4 or 7 oz. can tuna, drained
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup salted cashew nuts
1/2 a small onion, chopped
dash of pepper
mandarin oranges

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup and water. Add 1 cup chow mein noodles, tuna, celery, cashews, onions and pepper. Toss lightly. Place in an ungreased baking dish. Sprinkle remaining noodles on top. Bake in over at 375 degrees for 15 minute or until thoroughly heated. Garnish with drained mandarin orange sections. Serves 5 or 6. Note: All ingredients except noodles and nut may be mixed together ahead of time. Add noodles and nuts when ready to place in the oven. This insures desired crispness.
