Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 lbs. ground ham loaf mix (ham and pork cuts, ask for ground ham loaf mix at meat counter)
6 eggs
21-1/2 to 22 oz. milk
3 to 4 tube packages of Saltine crackers. About 1/2 lb.

Directions:
Directions:
Roll crackers into fine crumbs. Then mix 6 eggs, milk and cracker crumbs in ground ham loaf mix. Use a coffee cup to dip out mix and place in pyrex dish or large baking dish, forming cups of ham mix with hands to oval size. Bake in oven at 300 to 325 degrees for 1 hour, then turn oven a little higher to brown for the last half hour for a total cooking time of 1-1/2 hours. Makes 18 individual ham loaves. I put the mixture in 18 small foil pans -- equals one serving per pan.

Rita made this many times for dinner.
