1 recipe of bread dough (or frozen loaf of dough - thawed)
1 cup mozzarella cheese
favorite pizza toppings - sausage, pepperoni, onions, mushrooms, etc
1 jar of your favorite pizza sauce

Mix together:
2 T oil
1 T Parmesan Cheese
½ t garlic powder
1 t oregano
1 t parsley
1 egg

Directions:

Divide bread dough in half. Roll out a rectangle 9 X 13. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on dough; add favorite pizza toppings. Roll like a jelly roll. Place on greased baking sheet. Repeat the same with the other half of the dough. Brush tops with combined mixture. Bake at 350º for 20 - 30 minutes. Check Stromboli - it should be evenly browned. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Slice, dip in warmed pizza sauce. Enjoy!
