10 lbs Ground Beef
2 ½ Cups Chopped Onion
1 ¼ Cups Celery – Finely Chopped


5 Cups Ketchup
2 ½ Cups Water
¾ Cups Lemon Juice
5 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
5 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
5 Tablespoons Salt
5 Teaspoons Vinegar
1 ¼ Teaspoons Dry Mustard

Brown the Beef with the chopped onion and celery

Mix together the remaining ingredients, add to the beef/onion/celery mix and let simmer.
