1 (19-oz.) package brownie mix
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. miniature marshmallows
2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1 (16-oz.) package powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 t. vanilla

Directions:
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Add nuts. Spoon batter into greased 13x9x2 pan. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and put marshmallows on top of hot brownies. Combine chocolate, milk, and butter in heavy saucepan. Cook over low heat until melted. Stir often. Remove from heat. Transfer to medium bowl. Add powdered sugar & vanilla. Beat at low speed with mixer until smooth. If too thick, add milk. Spread over brownies. Cool in pan and cut into squares.
