Duncan Hines butter cake mix
2 8-oz. packages fresh frozen coconut, thawed
2 c. sugar
1 carton sour cream

Directions:
Bake cake in 3 layers according to package directions. Mix coconut, sugar, and sour cream. When layers are cool, add this mixture between the layers. Seal in a cake box and refrigerate overnight.
