3 or 4 lb are what every you want tripe cut in cubs and brown and out water enought to allmost cover or to you can see water, then put 2 tablespoon of chili powder salt & pepper to taste and oregano. Boll to almost done then add homey any amount you want add 2 bell peppers chops and 2 onion chops garlic cub or garlic powder. cook to done and serve.
