10 TBS butter
1¾ C sugar
¾ C plus 2 TBS dark unsweetened cocoa powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
½ flour
1 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put oven rack on lower third of oven and preheat to 325º
2. Line 8x8 pan with parchment paper leaving overhang on two opposite sides and spray with cooking spray
3. Combine butter, sugar, cocoa, and salt and microwave safe bowl; microwave for 1 min intervals, stirring in between until butter is melted and mixture is smooth; let cool a little (warm to touch)-mixture will look gritty
4. Stir in vanilla, add eggs one at a time, stirring after each one; when batter is thick and shiny, add flour and stir until no longer visible; then beat vigorously for 40 strokes
5. Spread into pan and bake for 50-55 minutes
