This is one of those recipes where there are no ingredient amounts. So base the amounts on the size of the baking dish. You will need:

Potatoes, cut up
Onions, chopped
Salt, pepper, olive oil
Sausage
1 pkg. frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350. In a baking dish, place potatoes, onions. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix to coat potatoes and onions. Top with sausage and bake until almost done. Add the frozen peas and cook until hot. Whole dish should take 35-45 minutes. Serve with a green salad.
