Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 boneless thick-cut pork chops
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons Kerrygold Salted Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pat the chops dry, and place them on a plate. Combine all of the spices, including the salt and pepper, and then divide it evenly between the two chops. Rub the spice mixture into the surface of both chops.
Next, preheat a cast iron skillet over high heat for about 5 minutes. When it’s hot enough, you should only be able to hold your hand a few inches from the surface for a few seconds. Add the Kerrygold salted butter, and when it melts, til the pan to swirl it around evenly.
Place the chops in the pan, and cook on the first side until it releases—about 5 minutes. They will be very golden brown, yum! Flip the chops, and cook on the other side for another 5 minutes or so, until they release and are golden brown.
