2 gal. clabbered milk. Boil for about 5 min. Separate liquid from curd. When thoroughly drained, pour out liquid. To curd add 1/2 c. butter, 1/4 t. salt, and 2 t. soda. Mix well and let stand 2 hrs. Then add 1 c. sour cream. Mix well and cook over double boiler stirring constantly until it looks like melted cheese. Add a little yellow food coloring. Better to let stand 24 hrs. before serving.
