1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. flour
pinch of salt
Filling:
Mix two eggs
1 c. sugar
2 T flour
2 T fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add flour, and pat in greased 8 X 8 pan. Bake 15 minutes in 350º F oven. This should be patted a little way up each side to contain filling.
Filling:
Mix two eggs, 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice. combine well and pour into crust while hot. Bake in 350º F oven 20 to 25 minutes.
"I make a large cookie sheet (11 X 17). Use 3 recipes of crust and 3 1/2 recipes filling. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar if you wish.
