2 cans white shoepeg corn
2 cans black eyed peas (rinse drain)
4 tomatoes diced
2 cans black beans (rinse/drain)
4 green peppers diced
chopped green onions
1 tsp Cavanaughs seasoning (I also use garlic or Lawrys)
1 whole bottle Zesty Italian dressing

Add all to bowl and mix. Refrigerate. Serve with large Fritos or Tortilla chips
