4 to 5 hot Italian sausages (you can sub in chicken or turkey if preferred
1 onion diced
2 tbsp garlic or 6 fresh cloves chopped
3 chopped peppers (I like green red and yellow)
455ml of arrabata sauce (spicy red pepper from Classico)
2 to 3 cups of dry penne

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sausage for 15 to 29 minutes
Chop onion and garlic and add to a large covered frying pan
Slice sausage and add to frying pan and drizzle with olive oil fry until golden
Chop peppers and add to frying pan and allow peppers to steam in mixture
Cook pasta while frying other mixture
Add pasta when done to sausage and peppers
Cover with full bottle of sauce and let simmer for 10 minutes
Garnish with chili flakes (if desired) and Parmesan

Oliveira used to make the best Arrabbiata Sauce but I can’t find it anymore so switched to the Classico.
