1 1/2 to 2 lbs. boneless smoked ham
whole cloves
2 T dry English mustard
3 c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375º F. Trim the skin and fat from ham by making diagonal cuts 1.8" deep and 3/4" apart across surface. Repeat to make diamond and stud center of each diamond with cloves. Place in deep roasting pan. Bring water to boil. Add bouillon cubes and stir until dissolved. Add celery, mustard, and cinnamon and pour over ham,. Bake at 375º F Baste continually 12 to 15 min. per pound or until heated thoroughly. Slice, weigh portions and serve with mustard sauce.
