Cake:
1 stick butter
1/2 c Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
5 eggs, separated
1 c. buttermilk
1 t. baking soda
2 c. flour
1 t. vanilla
1 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Icing:
8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 t. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. nuts, chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, oil, and sugar. Add yolks, one at a time beating after each addition. Stir baking soda into milk. Add sifted flour into batter, alternating with buttermilk mixture. Add vanilla coconut, and chopped nuts. Beat whites and fold into mixture. Pour into floured pans. Bake at 325º for 45 min. Cool and ice.

Icing:
Beat cream cheese and butter. Add vanilla, powdered sugar, and nuts. Continue to beat until of spreading consistency,
