1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 cup milk
4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
1/2 thinly sliced onion
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Blend soup, milk, dash of pepper. In buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onions, soup mixture and cheese. Dot top with butter, sprinkle with paprika. Cover; bake at 375º for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes or until done. (Stick a fork in potatoes to see how tender).
