1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 stick butter
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts,
chopped
cayenne to taste
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
3/4 c. shredded parmesan
8 oz. shredded Monterey jack

Directions:
Sauté onions in butter; add rest of ingredients. Heat and stir to melt cheeses. Serve warm.
