2 c. mashed squash
1/4 stick butter
2 T flour
salt and pepper, to taste
1 c. water, reserved from cooking squash
1 c. milk
9 eggs, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Mix squash, butter, flour, salt, and pepper.
Add water and milk. Let cool. Add egg yolks. Fold in egg whites which have been beaten. Put in baking dish and cook until light brown
