1 1/2 c. frozen corn, thawed
8 oz. sliced water chestnuts
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. reduced fat sour cream
1/4 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
5 t. butter
1/3 c. crushed Club crackers
2 T. slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients. Put in greased 11x7 dish. In a small skillet, melt butter. Add cracker crumbs and almonds. Stir until slightly browned. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes, until heated through and golden brown.
