1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 oz. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 c. water
4 eggs
1/3 c. oil
3 Granny Smith apples, peeled and coarsely chopped
GLAZE:
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first 5 ingredients on low until blended, then on high for 2 minutes. Stir in apples. Pour in greased and floured Bundt pan; bake 50-60 minutes at 350º, or until tester comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes; remove from pan. Drizzle glaze over cake. GLAZE: Stir together over medium heat until heated through. Let cool a few minutes before drizzling over cake.
