2 c. sugar, 2 c. flour mix and set aside

Melt in saucepan and bring to a boil 2 sticks margarine 1 c. water 2 T. cocoa

Then pour over sugar and flour and add 1/2 c. buttermilk 2 eggs 1 t. soda 1 t. vanilla mix well

Pour into oblong pan and bake about 20 min at 400 pan size 13 X 9"

Start about 5 min before cake is done
1 stick oleo, 2 T cocoa, 6 T evaporated milk
Pit in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Pour over 1 box powdered sugar. Mix well. Add 1 c. nuts, 1 c. coconut. Spread over hot cake. Nuts optional.
