2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 t. soda
1/2 t. salt
2 t. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 t. vanilla
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. grated raw carrots
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together make a well in center of dry ingredients and add beaten eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla. Mix together and add dates, nuts, carrots, and pineapple. Mixture will be very stiff at first but will get thinner after carrots are added. Bake in large oblong pan greased and lined with wax paper at 350º for a little over and hour.
