3 eggs
2/3 c. sifted cake flour
2 t. baking powder
1/4 c. nonfat dry milk powder
1 1/2 t. vanilla
1 t. grated orange rind
1 1/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. soft margarine
candy orange slices, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in small bowl until light and lemon colored; set aside. Blend together soft-type margarine, sugar, grated orange rind and vanilla in large bowl. Add beaten eggs and dry milk. Blend well. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture, alternately with orange juice. Turn into tow 8" layer cake pens coated with margarine and dusted with flour. Bake in 350º oven 25 to 30 min. until cake is light brown and pulls away from sides of pans. Let cake cool in pans for 15 to 20 min. Turn onto cake racks and cool. Ice with chocolate frosting. Garnish with orange slices.
