1 tbsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
⅔ c. honey (I use sugarfree)
¼ c. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In medium sauce pan, heat olive oil on low heat. Add minced garlic and fry for 1 minute. Do not burn.

Pour in soy sauce and honey and cook on low for 3-5 minutes.

Remove from stove top and let thicken for 2 minutes and immediately add to or on food. I use on chicken wings and sometimes in fried rice.

I don’t even remember how I came up with this Asian sauce recipe. It can be used in stir fry recipes or as a glaze on chicken wings.
