3 c. flour
½ tsp. salt
1⅓ c. butter flavored Crisco
1 egg, beaten
5 tbsp. ice water
1 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour and salt. Cut in Crisco. Stir in egg, ice water and vinegar. Knead a bit and roll out ⅛" thick. Bake at 350º until browned. Prick bottom and sides for single-crust shell. Makes 3 single shells or 1 single and 1 lattice-top pie.
