1 Small Onion, finely chopped
1 Can of peas
1 Can of Carrots
Mashed Potatoes
Paprika

Directions:
Take 1 pound of ground beef and fry with a small chopped onion and drain drippings.

Place in the bottom of a square baking dish 8x8.

Next drain a can of peas and a can of carrots; mix together and place on top. (or just peas as that is the way my daughter likes it. )

Last cover with mashed potatoes so it has a nice thick layer. You can use either homemade, left overs, or instant.

I usually sprinkle a little paprika on top and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes or so until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and cut into squares and serve with your favorite gravy. Hope you and yours like it! Enjoy!
