Shrimp and Cauliflower Grits Recipe

1 1/2 - 2 lbs shrimp
1 head cauliflower
6-8 slices bacon
4-6 jalapeños
1 c green onions
2 T parsley
Garlic
spinach or asparagus
White wine
Juice of a lemon
2 T butter
1/2 c cream or milk
1/2-3/4 c parmesan
Olive oil
SLt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Steam cauliflower in a pot until tender, about 10 minutes.
Drain and add butter and cream. Beat until desired consistency. Stir in cheese and salt and pepper.
Sauté vegetable in oil.
Cook bacon, add jalapeños, then Shrimp. Lastly add green onions, parsley, garlic and lemon juice.
Layer cauliflower, then spinach, then shrimp layer.
