1 egg white (slightly beaten)
1cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon creme of tarter (if you have it)


(Can use 2 egg whites and 21/2 cups pwd. sugar.)

Directions:
Spread on cookie with knife. Gets nice and firm so to stack well. Makes a great "thin glaze" - great to make colors!
