Green tomatoes, small or cherry
Carrots, cut to ½" to 1" pieces
Celery, cut to 1" to 1½" pieces
Green pepper, cut to 1" to 1½" pieces
Cauliflower, small pieces
Garlic, 1 or 2 cloves
Dill, amount of heads to taste

Brine:
1 qt water
1 qt vinegar
1 c salt

Directions:

Pack an even amount of all vegetables into sterile jars. Make brine with water, vinegar and salt. Bring to a boil. Pour over veggies. Seal after processing.
