1/2 pound bacon, diced
3/4 cup onion, chopped
4 cups shredded cabbage
8 oz Mrs. Weiss Kluski egg noodles
1 12 ounce carton dry cottage cheese
10 ounces cubed muenster cheese
1/4 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup saltine cracker crumbs
2 T. melted butter
paprika
sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Try bacon until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet and add onion. Saute until soft and then stir in cabbage. Cover and simmer for 15 mins.

Cook noodles to al dente. Drain, and stir in cottage and muenster cheese, dill, and salt. Add bacon, and cabbage mixture. Place into 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs, drizzle melted butter and sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 350º for 25-30 mins. Serve with sour cream.
