2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 package (8 ounces), cream cheese, softened
1 cup whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese and milk and then add cream, salt, and pepper. Stir in spinach, Parmesan cheese, and artichokes. Place in a casserole dish and sprinkle with more cheese. Bake approximately 25 minutes, or until edges bubble and top is golden brown.
