12 slices of homestyle white bread cut into 1 inch cubes

2 - 8 oz. pkgs. of cold cream cheese cut into 1 inch cubes

1½ cups of fresh strawberries, sliced

2 cups of half and half

12 large eggs

½ cup of pure maple syrup

Directions:
1. Generously grease 9x13 inch baking dish.

2. Arrange ½ the bread cubes in the prepared baking dish.

3. Evenly distribute the cream cheese cubes over the bread cube layer.

4. Sprinkle strawberries over cream cheese layer.

5. Top with remaining bread cubes.

6. Pour ½ & ½ into a blender or use stick blender. Pulse for a few seconds.

7. Blend eggs into half and half until fully incorporated.

8. Add maple syrup and blend until smooth.

9. Pour mixture evenly over bread mixture.

10. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil.

11. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

12. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

13. Bake the covered casserole in oven for 30 minutes.

14. Remove foil and continue baking until French Toast is puffed and golden brown, about 30 more minutes.

15, Serve with warm strawberry sauce. Separate recipe
