2 pounds hash browns frozen
1/2 c. melted oleo
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 medium onion, chopped fine
2 Tbsp dried minced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
2 c. shredded cheese
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted oleo

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw potatoes thoroughly and break apart. Mix first 8 ingredients. Put into 9x13 casserole dish.

Blended melted butter and corn flakes. Brush over top hash brown mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350.

(This can be made ahead and frozen)
