1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 pkg chocolate chips (2 cups)

Topping:
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, and eggs. Add sour cream, vanilla, flour, baking powder, baking soda together. Add chips and mix well. Pour 1/2 mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle 1/2 topping over batter. Add rest of batter to the pan. Sprinkle rest of topping over top. Bake 350 at 45 minutes.
