Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can crabmeat
1 stick of butter or margarine
1 jar old English cheese
1 package of English muffins (preferably "Bay's English muffins)
3 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the crabmeat, then blend all of the ingredients except the English muffins in a large bowl. (use an electric beater). When all ingredients are well blended, spread the mixture on to each half of each English muffin. Spread generously on each.

After each has been prepared, line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil (you don't have to, I just find it is easier when cleaning up). Put in the freezer until FROZEN.

While they are STILL FROZEN, cut each half into quarters. Lay single layer on cookie sheet. Bake at 375-400º until the tops are bubbly and just starting to brown.

Now Serve!!

Personal Notes:
This recipe is GREAT for entertaining, and you are guaranteed to get lots of compliments!

If you want to double the recipe or triple, just do the same on each ingredient.

Old English Cheese is usually found near the "cracker" aisle in your grocery store. They come in small jars (smaller than a regular size "jelly jar.")

Have Fun!
