1 1/4 lb cabbage (for added color, use 1/4lb of purple cabbage to 1lb green)
1 cup chopped parsley
1 cup green onions including green
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tbsp sugar or honey
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup salad oil

Directions:

Shred cabbage (about 8 cups)

Combine cabbage parsley and onions in salad bowl

In a jar, combine vinegar, sugar , salt and oil

Pour over veggies to coat

Best if let to sit in fridge for at least an hour
