2 lbs ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground veal
16 oz sharp Cheddar Cheese (grated)
16 oz Monterey Jack Cheese (grated)
1 Large Spanish onion (grated)
1 Large Potato (grated)
3 cans Cream of Celery Soup / 1 put in mixture / other 2 will go on top of meatballs to cook
Salt and Pepper
Italian bread crumbs

In a very large bowl mix all the above ingredients and mix together, form into small meatballs and then place into a large baking pan that has bread crumbs on the bottom.

Add a sprinkle of bread crumbs on top of meatballs.

Place in oven at 350 for 30 minutes covered with alunium foil.

Take the remaining 2 cans of cream of celery soup and heat in a saucepan on top of stove, add half and half until soup is think and creamy.

After the half hour take meatballs out of the oven and place the cream of celery soup on top of meatballs add a bit more salt and pepper and bake for another 30-45 minutes or until golden brown.
