1 can condensed milk
6 c. milk
1 1/2 t. vanilla
2 c. milk chocolate chips
(or semi-sweet)
Directions:
Directions:
Whisk in crockpot. Heat on low for 2 hours, or until chocolate is melted. Whisk before serving; top with whipped cream.
