5 Eggs
6 Mashed Bananas
2 cups Sugar
4 cans Evaporated Milk
Whole Milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add mashed bananas, sugar and mix together. Add 2 cans of evaporated milk.

2. Stir well then pour into 4 or 5 quart electric freezer this is sitting in kitchen sink. Add the other two cans evaporated milk, then add whole milk to fill line on ice cream freezer.

3. Close up freezer. Pack outside of freezer with crushed ice and rock salt. Plug in freezer to start it and let it make the ice cream.

4. When it stops, unplug the freezer and wrap in a black around freezer to keep until you are ready to eat it or just eat right away!
