3 1/2 lbs. bottom round roast
2 T. ranch seasoning mix
1/2 c. warm water
2 t. beef bouillon
1 stick butter
7 pepperoncinis

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in pot. Stir bouillon into water. Sprinkle roast with spices and add bouillon broth. Top with butter and peppers. Sit the cooking pot in the Foodi base; twist and lock the pressure cooker lid. Turn vent to "seal". Select "Pressure Cooker"; cook on “High” for 1 1/2 hours. Once the clock reaches zero, allow the pressure to release normally (~15 minutes). Or if you’re in a rush, you can release the pressure quickly by turning your vent on the lid from "seal" to "vent".
