1 white cake mix
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. oil
1 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
FROSTING:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1/3 c. mashed strawberries
2 T. whipping cream
5-6 c. confectioners' sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together cake mix and Jello. Add eggs one at a time. Add milk, oil and strawberries. Bake in 3 8-inch pans for 30 minutes at 350º. FROSTING: Blend cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Beat in strawberries and cream. Stir in confectioners' sugar one cup at a time, beating until smooth. Frost each layer, then sides.
