2 c. penne pasta (I use Dreamfields)
1 (26 oz.) jar Ragu sautéed onion and garlic sauce
1 lb. ground meat (beef or turkey) season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and meat tenderizer
¼ c. onion, diced
¼ c. green bell pepper, diced
1 tsp. italian seasoning
½ tsp. parsley
¼ tsp. oregano
1 tsp. Splenda brown sugar
1½ c. Kraft shredded Mexican cheese
2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375º.

On stove top, boil penne noodles for 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Brown ground meat with onion, green pepper and suggested seasonings. Drain; set aside.

In a medium or large bowl, mix noodles, ground meat, Ragu sauce, italian seasoning, oregano, parsley, brown sugar, and 1 tbsp. grated parmesan. Mix until combined.

Pour half of mixture into a medium sized glass dish or baking pan. Layer with half of cheese and pinch of grated parmesan.

Pour the rest of mixture on top of cheese and spread it evenly. Top with other half of shredded cheese and rest of grated parmesan.

Bake, lightly covered with aluminum foil, for 20 minutes.
