1 egg
2 1/2 c. milk
2 c. dry macaroni, cooked
3 T. butter, melted
salt and pepper
4 oz. each monterey jack, extra
sharp cheddar, swiss, mozzarella
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg and milk; pour over macaroni and butter; add salt, pepper and cheese, except 1 1/2 c. cheese for top. Put in a sprayed 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with reserved cheese. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350º.
