1 pkg of lemon or orange Jell-O
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups hot water
1 9 oz can crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
1 cup grated raw carrot
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jell-O and salt in hot water. Add pineapple and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in carrots and nuts. Pour into molds or into square baking dish and chill until firm. Serve on crisp greens and garnish with mayo.
